What do interviewers want to find out about you?

Can you do the job? Do you possess the skills and experience outlined in the job description
Will you do the job? What is your interest in role and company, your work ethic, motivation, other outside influences that may affect your willingness or availability?
Do you fit the organisation? Does your personality, communication style, values, general interests suit the company?
